At Frontier, we believe that Training is the key to producing good quality guards who will be well vested with all knowledge to handle every situation.  In view of that, we have put together a comprehensive training program that all recruits are taken through. Our guards are trained to a very high standard of professional efficiency.  One engagement, they all undergo a comprehensive training course.

The guards must meet the stringent selection criteria, consisting of a written security test, relevant behavioural assessments, criminal background checks, reference checks and monthly training sessions. Frontier Security Systems’ training programs are structured with the focus on the following

  • Pre-Assignment Training.
  • On The Job Training.
  • In-service Continuous.
  • Annual Retraining & Recertification.
  • Supervisory Development Training.
  • Our entire training is broken down into two main areas.These are:

  • Physical Fitness Training.

GUARDS/ SUPERVISORS ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

For one to qualify as a recruit for training, there are some basic conditionality’s he or she will have to meet. These are:

  • Be mentally and physically fit.
  • Must be security cleared by the police CID.
  • Must be of good integrity.
  • Applicant must be 18 years old and above and not more than 45 years old for ex-service men.
  • Must be able to read and write with effective communication skills and abilities.
  • Every candidate is required to present his/her testimonial from his/her last employer. Prior to the short-listing, applicants are made to undergo very intensive physical exercise and those who are able to endure are selected for further training. .
